Shipping policy

We ship internationally but we are not liable for any import taxes, duties or customs charges incurred by the buyer. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer and in the unfortunate event of an international order being returned to us, we cannot refund customs charges, or import duties/taxes. 

Non-European Union Customers

All prices exclude taxes since we do not charge taxes to you. Unfortunately we cannot offer a reduction in price from the sum our European customers pay. We are not responsible for paying any duties or customs fees. Please be aware of your customs obligations for shipments coming from Portugal.

European Union Customers 

All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT), if any tax is required. VAT is determined by the standard VAT rate of Portugal (23%). 

Free Shipping on orders over 150€ applies only to Portugal and Spain.
