Refund and Warranty Policy
Our products come with a 6-month warranty period from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults, but does not apply to damages caused by misuse, accidents, or wear and tear.

If a product is found to be defective under normal use within the warranty period, we offer an exchange for an identical or equivalent item. Refunds are not provided.

Shipping and Returns
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item for inspection or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund (in exceptional cases), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please note that delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
