1. SHOOT

2. DEVELOP & SCAN
When your film is finished, choose your path:
a) In store: drop your film at Av. de Roma 50D, no appointment needed.
or
b) by mail: buy the service here, send us your film and get your results by email.

3. MEMORIES
Your developed photos arrive in digital at your email.
You can add the printing service here. Slip them into photo albums or frame your favorites. Every image becomes a memory you can hold, revisit and treasure.

Portugal & Spain: 2–5 business days (from €5.50 or FREE on orders over €150)
European Union: 4–7 business days (from €9.50 or FREE on orders over €250)

FAQ
Can I send expired film? Yes! We process expired rolls too — results may vary, but that’s part of the fun.
When will I get my scans? Usually within 1–3 business days after we receive your rolls.
Can I drop off my film? Yes — choose “Drop-off” at checkout and visit our Lisbon lab.

What's the difference between the Scan Size?
Standard size: about 2400 × 3600 pixels, ideal for phone/PC screens and prints up to 20 × 30 cm.
M size: about 3000 × 4200 pixels, ideal for prints up to 30 × 40 cm.
L size: about 3500 × 4700 pixels, ideal for prints up to 40 × 60 cm.
How Long does it take to get my Scans?
Color Film (C41): you will get your files in 24h!
Black & White (B&W): usually 7 business days.
Motion Picture Film (ECN-2): usually 7 business days.
Slide (E-6): usually 7 business days.
I shoot a film roll, what's next?
Bring your roll to the lab. We will develop it to get the negative with all your frames.
Next, we scan your negatives with our Fujifilm Frontier SP3000 to get your digital files.
I already made the order to develop my film, what are the next steps?
If you bring your rolls to the store: come during our open hours and leave the rolls with us.
If you choose to send them: you are responsible for shipping. Make the order online, pack your rolls with a paper showing the order number, choose a carrier (tracking number recommended), and wait until we receive them to start the development and scan process.
