Doubts regarding our cameras?
Do your cameras have a warranty?
All our cameras are fully tested and cleaned by our technician before being listed.
If any technical issues appear, you’re covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies to the camera’s internal performance, not to accidental damage, drops, or misuse after delivery.
Just contact us and we’ll repair, replace, or refund —no questions asked.
I want to start with film photography what do you recommend?
Keep it simple! Start with something you’re going to be comfortable using in many occasions!
Usually, we recommend starting with a point&shoot because, as the name says, you just need to point and shoot! They’re lightweight, compact, good quality and great to flash some moments with your friends on night outs.
For those with a little bit more curiosity in controlling the photos, adjusting the shutter speed or the aperture: an SLR or a Range Finder.
Are the photos on the website from the actual camera?
Yes — what you see is the exact unit you’ll receive.
Each camera is unique, so we photograph every one individually to show its real condition and details.
What’s included with my camera?
Every product page lists the included items (battery, strap, case, cable, etc.).
We always send your camera ready to use— cleaned, checked, and safely packed.
How are the cameras packed for shipping?
Each camera is carefully wrapped with protective materials and shipped from Lisbon within 24–48 hours.
We use eco-friendly packaging and double-layer protection to make sure it arrives in perfect condition.
